Please join us for a one-hour webcast on Thursday, February 17, 2011 to learn how to improve product development investments through informed, timely decision-making. We’ll demonstrate how to create visibility across your portfolio of programs and products — allowing your stakeholders to see what is really happening. See how better decisions eliminate wasted resources, missed milestones, delayed product launches, and ultimately lost profit.
Webcast attendees will learn best practices for:
1.Coordinating the flow of information across project teams and disparate programs to allow a practical, flexible approach for monitoring and managing today’s product development programs
2.Ensuring programs across a product family or organization are executed consistently and have well-defined decision points to determine ongoing resource investment
3.Enabling effective program and project monitoring, consistent measurement of programs across a portfolio, and consistent alignment of programs with objectives
4.Creating transparency where and when teams collaborate to produce program deliverables in order to identify traditionally hard-to-detect issues that might impact your program
5.Find out how Windchill PPMLink, built on Microsoft Project Server, brings visibility to your product development processes by combining traditional project management metrics with PLM-related product metrics.
